Blue Fax Lily

Dianella caerulea

This plant has hard strappy leaves up to 20 mm wide and 30-50 cm long.
Subspecies are determined by the structure of the stem, near the root.
Their attractive blue(petals) and yellow flowers(anthers) are quite a common sight in the woodlands in Spring.
