A young seedling was planted here in 20004) and I was told by the landcare adviser that it would not survive. About the same time a similar one was planted in my garden and it has grown to about 7 m. and then died. Our 12 year old specimen is about 2 m tall and still struggling to survive. Created: 09/10/2016
